Definitions:
* A Retail Customer is a Neumi customer who does not wish to be on autoship and chooses to order products at the retail price of $65 USD per product.
* A Preferred Customer is a Neumi customer who wants to order products at a reduced price of $50 USD per product (or less depending on the pack chosen). When purchasing as a Preferred Customer, autoship (automatic shipment) will be set up at the time of purchase. Autoship is very easy to manage, pause, or cancel.
* A Member is someone who wants to purchase Neumi at a reduced price of $50 USD per product (or less depending on the pack chosen). A Member has the ability to share Neumi products via their own personal Neumi link (www.neumi.com/your-name-here) which will allow the Member to be eligible to receive commission payments.
Neumi has a great refund policy
If you purchase at retail (usually $65) from a distributor, and the distributor collected your payment, it is that distributor's responsibility to issue a full refund if the product is returned unopened and in a saleable condition. If you purchased from the company (Neumi), the company will issue a refund under the following conditions: "Upon the Company’s timely receipt of returned goods and confirmation that they are in currently marketable condition, the Associate will be reimbursed 100% of the net cost of the original purchase price(s). Shipping and handling charges will be refunded. If the purchases were made through a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same account. Goods are in “currently marketable condition" if they are unopened and unused and packaging and labeling has not been altered or damaged." (see: Full Terms and Conditions, above)
